Information/Reception
1. Reception is at your disposal 24 hours
2. Check-in at Kashmir Wellness & Spa Hotel begins from 15.00h.
3. Check-out on the day of departure is untill 12.00.
Note: For earlier check-in or later check-out, please,
contact Reception.
4. Rooms are cleaned daily between 10:00 and 14:00, bed linen is changed
every two nights, and towels
and bathrobes daily or upon request.
If you need new, additional bed linen or towels in the meantime,
please contact Reception.
Note: We remind you that the towels in the hotel room are intended for
for use solely in there. For the Spa Centre and Pools, you will receive additional towels.
5. Use the buttons on the inside of the door to notify us:
“Do not disturb”, “Please clean the room”, “Please wait”.
6. Each room is equipped with an electronic safe. Its use is free of charge and recommended.
The hotel
team is not responsible for belongings
and valuables stored outside the safe.
7. Each room has an air conditioning system, common to the entire hotel with
individual settings for the
specific room. The system only
works when a key card is inserted in the lighting slot.
8. Internet – using the Internet is a free service and is
available to all hotel guests. Wi-Fi can be used in
your room, as well as in all common areas.

Pet Policy:
Kashmir Wellness&Spa Hotel welcomes small breed pets,
immunized with an accompanying document.
The daily fee is 35 euros.
Pets are not welcome in the Restaurant and Spa center.
Allowed number of pets per hotel room – 1 pet.
In case of damage caused by the pet to the hotel property,
the hotel reserves the right to charge fees to
its owners.
